Below you will find this month's daily collection schedule.  Residents should use the area below to become familiar with their collection days, as well as referring to the quarterly issued collection schedule.  Residents that have questions concerning collections should contact the Department of Public Works office or Recycling Department.

Collection Guidelines...

Materials for collection must be placed curbside no earlier than 6pm the day prior to collection, and no later than 7am the day of collection.  Please see the schedule below for this month's daily collections.

All materials for collection should be separated accordingly and placed curbside for collection on the appropriate day.

Garbage collection consists of daily household garbage only.  Larger items, such as furniture and appliances, will be collected every Wednesday unless otherwise specified.

Items such as magazines and newspapers should be tied into bundles.  Please DO NOT use tape or bags to bundles these materials. 

Glass and cans should be washed and separated.  Please remove all labels from these materials.  Glass should be sorted by color (green, brown, clear).  These items should be placed into recycling cans, which are provided by the borough.  Residents can pick up these containers at the Public Works facility.

Yard waste, such as leaves and grass clippings, should be placed in provided biodegradable bags.  These bags can also be picked up at the Public Works facility.  Bags should be filled only to the provided line and weigh no more than 50 pounds.  Please do not place dirt and rocks in these bags.

Branches and wood from bushes and trees should not be included in yard waste bags.  These materials should be cut and bundled with string, exceeding no more than 6 feet in length.
