Street Cleaning is conducted on a daily basis.  The Department of Public Works currently operates two street sweepers, one large vacuum truck, and a smaller vacuum unit to ensure that street's are properly maintained to the highest level of cleanliness possible. 

Street sweepers are active on a daily basis, except when temperatures drop below freezing. Residents are reminded to observe the "No Parking" signs in their neighborhoods as an indication of when street cleaning will be conducted in their area. 

Please remember that even though street cleaning may be suspended for a day, "No Parking" signs are still enforced and you may be issued a summons regardless if a sweeper passes through or not.  In addition to regulating parking for street cleaning, these signs also allow for an easement for crews to conduct road work, sidewalk repair, tree cutting, snow removal, and any other necessary work.
