Resident Parking

In an attempt to address a critical parking shortage, reduce hazardous traffic conditions within residential areas by reducing the commercial, business and commuter traffic, and promote efficiency in the maintenance of those streets in a clean and safe condition, the Borough of East Rutherford has established a Resident Parking Program. See Borough Ordinance 285-25 for more information on streets and times.

Resident owners of a specific vehicle may apply for a Residential Parking Permit. See Borough Ordinance 285-26 for more information.
