Green Acres Public Hearing

East Rutherford Borough is seeking funding through the State of NJ Green Acres Program for improvements at Anthony Gallo Park, also known as Grove Street Park, located at Block 48, Lot 1, East Rutherford, NJ 07073, with the closest intersection being Grove Street and Mozart Street in East Rutherford, NJ. 

East Rutherford proposes to create the following new facilities at Anthony Gallo Park, also known as Grove Street Park: a completely inclusive playground.  A concept plan showing the proposed changes, a preliminary cost estimate, and an environmental impact assessment for the project can be found at https://www.eastrutherfordnj.net

The public is encouraged to attend a public hearing to learn more about the proposal and to ask questions or provide comments on the proposed plan on Tuesday, January 21, 2025, at 6:00pm in the East Rutherford Municipal Building, One Everett Place, East Rutherford, NJ. The meeting will be held In Person as part of the regularly scheduled Council Meeting.
