Meeting Schedule

Pursuant to the Open Public Meetings Act, the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Borough of East Rutherford hereby provides notice of the following public meetings: 

The following are the regularly scheduled meetings of the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Borough of East Rutherford for the year 2025:

FEBRUARY 6, 2025                                  AUGUST 7, 2025

MARCH 6, 2025                                       SEPTEMBER 4, 2025

APRIL 3, 2025                                          OCTOBER 2, 2025

MAY 1, 2025                                            NOVEMBER 6, 2025

JUNE 5, 2025                                         DECEMBER 4, 2025

The Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold its 2026 reorganization meeting on JANUARY 8, 2026.

Each of these meetings shall consist of a work session which is open to the public and commences at 7:00 p.m. and the regular public meeting which shall commence at 7:30 p.m.  All of the meetings set forth in this notice shall be held in the 2nd Floor Council Chambers of East Rutherford Municipal Building, 1 Everett Place, East Rutherford, NJ 07073, unless otherwise noticed via a posting in the Municipal Building and newspaper notice.  Formal action may be taken at each of the aforementioned meetings.
